We only deliver in the Southern Bay Area of Northern California. This includes most parts of:
San Jose, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Cupertino, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Milpitas, Mountain View, Los Altos, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Atherton
Within reason, we reserve the right to decline, cancel, or modify delivery days, times, or fees. However, should any changes or challenges arise, we will immediately inform you by email and/or phone.

Weddings and events are eligible for deliveries in the San Francisco area.
At this time, we accept payments through Venmo or PayPal for general orders.
We offer free delivery with a minimum order of $50.
For orders below $50, delivery charges are based on distance:
Once we have received your order, you will receive an email regarding the cost for delivery, should there be one. Payment for delivery must be made to complete the order and to avoid order cancellation.
Because these are high-volume days for us and we are running on all cylinders, our free delivery minimum and delivery charges may differ.
We make deliveries Monday-Sunday from 9am-5pm.
We may be able to make next-day deliveries only if the order is completed by 5pm one day before.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide detailed and accurate delivery information at the time of the order to ensure delivery efficiency.
We will email the customer with an update once the delivery has been made or attempted.
If delivery is to a residence, our team member will ring the doorbell, and if recipient is not home, arrangements will be placed near the front door. We are unable to guarantee arrangements, or quality thereof, once flowers are not in our possession.
If delivery is to a business, please kindly provide clear instructions on where to drop off the arrangement or how to locate the recipient.
